This is the gold plated version of the Merkur 34C, also known as HD (Heavy Duty), a highly maneuverable safety razor, thanks to its thick and robust handle, with closed comb and large blade gap, features that reduce the risk of cuts and blockage of the blade by the foam. It is made up of two parts and its opening mechanism, by twisting the bottom of the handle, makes cleaning during it’s use very easy. Ideal for beginners and veterans alike.
